By accessing or using GeoRacer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

The Service

GeoRacer is a location-based team game platform. We provide tools for game managers to create checkpoint-based races and for players to participate in them using their mobile devices.

Accounts

Game managers must create an account to set up and manage games. Players (runners and home base participants) do not need accounts — they join games via codes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

User Conduct

When using GeoRacer, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the service in a way that could endanger yourself or others (always be aware of your surroundings while playing).

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as checkpoint photos). By uploading content, you grant GeoRacer a license to use it for the purpose of operating the game. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Disclaimer

GeoRacer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while using the service. Always prioritize your safety and be aware of your surroundings during gameplay.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
